I have a Prepay Plan, however, I’m not able to call, text or use data?

Please ensure you have activated your Kogan Mobile SIM card and have an active Prepay Plan on your service.

If you need to renew your current Prepay Plan or purchase a new one, you can do so either by Credit/Debit Card or Voucher. Please use the following steps:

Credit/Debit card

Simply head to the Kogan Mobile customer dashboard here, click on Renew and follow the simple step-by-step instructions to activate your plan.


First, purchase a Prepay Plan voucher from Kogan.co.nz here.

Your plan voucher will be emailed to you* and you can redeem this easily with the following steps:

1. Login to your Kogan Mobile account by clicking here
2. Click Renew from your account summary
3. Enter your unique voucher code in the field provided

If you don’t currently have a network unlocked phone, you can purchase a new unlocked phone from Kogan.co.nz here, or can bring your own unlocked phone.


* Voucher codes are emailed after you purchase them. If you haven’t received your voucher code within 1 hour of purchase, check your spam folder first, then please contact the Kogan.co.nz Orders Team for further assistance.
