What is a Flex Plan?

A Flex Plan is a 365-day prepaid plan that gives you your entire included data allowance upfront when your plan starts.

Unlike a standard 365-day plan, which divides your data into monthly portions, a Flex Plan lets you use your data whenever you need it throughout the year.

How is a Flex Plan different from a standard 365-day plan?

Standard 365-day plan

  • Your annual data allowance is split into monthly allocations.
  • A portion of your data becomes available each month.
  • Unused monthly data does not roll over.

Flex Plan

  • Your entire annual data allowance is available from day one.
  • Use more data in some months and less in others.
  • You can manage your data usage across the full 365-day plan term.

How do I check how much data I have left?

You can check your remaining data through your Kogan Mobile account or app. Usage information is updated as you use your service, helping you keep track of your remaining allowance throughout your plan term.

What happens if I use all my data?

If you use all of your included Flex Plan data before your plan ends, your data service will be suspended until you purchase a data add-on or renew your plan (where available).
