My SIM card might be faulty?

Please check first that you have followed your handset user manual and correctly inserted your SIM card into your phone. If you still think your SIM card is faulty and you need a replacement, please submit a request to our Kogan Mobile Customer Support team and we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent out to you.
