How long will my order take to ship?
The SIM Cards are sold by Kogan.com and Dick Smith (not Kogan Mobile NZ). Once your order is placed it will be sent to our New Zealand warehouse for processing. It is then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door. The SIM Card listing in Kogan.com (here) and Dick Smith (here) will show the time your order takes to ship i.e. the time it takes to leave our warehouse.
Once my order ships, how long will delivery take?
In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of the world's largest freight providers. To estimate delivery times to your area, please refer to the table below.
