My phone has never worked since joining Kogan Mobile - I need a refund

Please ensure your Prepay Plan has been activated or your Prepay Plan Voucher Code has been correctly entered and redeemed onto your service.

If by Credit/Debit card

Simply head to the Kogan Mobile activation site here and follow the simple step-by-step instructions to activate your service.

If by Voucher

First, purchase a Prepay Plan voucher from here.

Your Prepay Plan voucher will be emailed to you* and you can redeem this easily with the following steps:

  1. Heading to the Kogan Mobile activation site here
  2. When selecting a plan, choose "I have an email with a voucher code"
  3. Enter your unique voucher code in the field provided and continue to follow the step-by-step instructions

Following this, please confirm that the phone you are using is unlocked from any network and able to be used with any SIM card.

Finally, please ensure that there is adequate signal in your area for the One NZ network (the network Kogan Mobile uses). You can check our network coverage map here.

If this all appears to be correct, please contact our Kogan Mobile Customer Support team here. We can help you troubleshoot any issues that are present.

If it is determined that the issue may be with your handset, we recommend contacting the provider of the unit.
