If you do not renew your Prepay Plan after it expires, you will not be able to receive or make calls or texts. To assist you to renew your Prepay Plan, please see the steps for renewal here.
Please note: Your mobile phone number will be reserved for 90 days past the Prepay Plan expiry date. If you do not renew within these 90 days, you will not be able to keep your existing mobile phone number, and your service will be deactivated. Once your mobile number is deactivated Kogan Mobile is unable to retrieve it for you.
