If your plan expires, calls, texts and data will stop until another plan is activated.
If your current plan is no longer available to buy, ensure auto renew is switched on before it expires if you want to keep it. Once the plan expires, you may not be able to select that plan again.

Please note: Your mobile phone number will be reserved for 50 days past the Prepay Plan expiry date. If you do not renew within these 50 days, you will not be able to keep your existing mobile phone number, and your service will be deactivated. Once your mobile number is deactivated Kogan Mobile is unable to retrieve it for you.
