I want to change my Prepay Plan/add a Prepay Plan

You can change your existing Prepay Plan or add another Prepay Plan at any time. However, if you purchase an additional Prepay Plan you will lose all remaining entitlements in your current plan.

Overriding your current Prepay Plan is both non-refundable and irreversible. At the end of each 30 day period, any unused data from a Prepay Plan will be forfeited and does not roll over into the next 30 days.

If you have run out of your allotment of data, you can purchase a Data Pack Add-On at any time. To learn more about our Add-Ons click here. Data allocation from a Data Pack Add-On will be valid for 30 days or until your allocation of data has been exhausted.

Special note regarding additional data for 90 & 365 Day prepay call plans:

The total data included in the Kogan Mobile 90 & 365 day Prepay Plans is split into 30-day blocks. If you run out of your allotted data before the end of the 30-day block, you can purchase additional data with a Data Pack Add-On. To learn more about our Add-Ons, click here.
