What happens if my current plan expires or my renewal payment fails?

To keep a plan that is no longer available to buy, you must successfully auto renew the same plan before it expires.

If your plan expires:

  • Calls, texts and data will stop until another plan is activated.
  • You may not be able to select your previous plan again.
  • Your mobile number will remain reserved for 50 days.

During the 50-day period, you can activate an available Kogan Mobile plan and keep your mobile number.

If you do not activate a plan within 50 days, your service will be deactivated and your number may no longer be recoverable.

If you believe a Kogan Mobile technical issue caused your renewal to fail, contact Customer Care for help.
