You can choose to move to another available Kogan Mobile plan, but you may not be able to change back to your previous plan.
If your current plan is no longer available to buy, changing to another plan permanently ends your access to your previous plan.
Activating a new plan will replace your current plan. Any unused calls, texts, data or other plan benefits may be lost and cannot be transferred to the new plan.
Check the details of the new plan carefully before completing the change.
