When Auto Renewal is turned on, Kogan Mobile will attempt to renew your current plan using your saved payment card.
If the payment is successful, your eligible current plan will continue.
If you have an agreed promotional price, it will continue until the promotional period ends. After that, your plan will renew at its standard price.
Keep your payment details up to date. If the payment is unsuccessful and your plan expires, you may not be able to select the same plan again if it is no longer available to buy.
