Yes. If your service is eligible, you can continue renewing your current plan even if it is no longer available to buy.
To keep your current plan:
- Sign in to your Kogan Mobile account.
- Select the option to renew your service. Please see the steps for renewal here.
- Renew the same plan before it expires.
Plan eligibility applies separately to each mobile number. If you have more than one number on your account, each service may have different plan options.
If you let your plan expire or change to another plan, you may not be able to select your previous plan again.
