If your plan is not renewed within 30 days of your previous plan's expiration date, your number will be deactivated and will be unable to be reactivated. If your number was transferred (Ported) from another provider, then it may be returned to that provider upon deactivation.
We encourage all of our customers to keep the Auto Renew function enabled to reduce the risk of this occurring.
