Viewing my usage in the Customer Dashboard results in an error. What do I do?

If you receive the following error when checking your usage in the Customer Dashboard:  

“Sorry, your usage details are currently unavailable. Please check the <FAQ> for more information or refresh and try again.” then you should review the below information.

lf your number transfer request is still in progress and you receive this error, please wait until the request has been completed. You will be notified via email when your number transfer request has been completed.

If you can already use calls/texts/data using your transferred number on your new Kogan Mobile SIM Card and you receive this error, then you will be able to continue using your Kogan Mobile service, however, your usage details will not yet be accessible. Please wait one business day, and if you still cannot view your usage, please notify the Kogan Mobile support team.
