Why do I need to store my Credit/Debit Card details in your system?

Your credit/debit card is needed to process Prepay Plan or Add-On payments if not using the voucher system, and also to verify your ID. While renewing your Prepay Plan or Add-On, you will be charged a $1 pre-authorisation charge on your credit/debit card.

This small transaction confirms the card is valid and helps protect our customers from fraudulent activity.

This will be automatically refunded within 5 business days, often within the same day, and requires no action from your end.
