Calls from New Zealand to standard landline and mobile numbers in New Zealand and Australia are included.
Calls made to international numbers, special or premium numbers (e.g. 0900), voice servers (e.g. 018, voicemail), data call and usage, video calling and roaming services are excluded.
Why can't I dial 0900 numbers on Prepay?
Prepay customers are not able to call 0900 numbers as 0900 calls involve delayed rating and billing. Prepay usage operates on the principle of pay as you go, and so these numbers are not included as “standard” numbers.
