We've listened to your feedback and are making it easier to keep track of your plan renewals.
From 24 August 2026, all new Monthly Plans and 365 Day Plans will receive their monthly plan allocations on the same date each month.
For existing customers, your renewal schedule will automatically move to the new monthly cycle the next time your plan renews. After that, your monthly allocations will continue to renew on the same date each month.
You will continue to receive the same amount of data, minutes and texts included in your plan, and your plan will continue to cost the same as it does today.
The only change is that your allocations will now renew on the same date each month, making it easier to know when your next renewal is due.
