I can’t access information about my Prepay Plan via the customer dashboard?

If you are experiencing any issues accessing or viewing information on the customer dashboard, please ensure you have/are attempting to log in with the correct email account.

Please note, if you have entered your email with '.nz', '.com', '.co', '.au', etc., it must be entered the exact same way as when you became a member.

Any difference here will result in the system not recognising the email in a similar way a human would.
