My phone doesn't recognise the Kogan Mobile SIM card?

Provided that your device is not locked to another network, most smartphones and tablets will work perfectly on Kogan Mobile.

Kogan Mobile supports the following bands:

2G - GSM 900MHz
2G - GSM 1800MHz
3G - 900MHz (U900) in rural and marine areas (up to 120 kms offshore)
3G - 2100MHz (U2100) in urban areas
4G - 700MHz (Band 28)
4G - 1800MHz (Band 3)
4G - 2600MHz (Band 7)

If you have purchased your phone from another place, we recommend checking your device's frequency compatibility through the specifications or user manual, found from the original handset point of purchase.

Please be advised that if your device is not compatible with Kogan Mobile and you have already purchased a Prepay Plan or Add-Ons, we are unable to refund any payment already made.
